Quality Control Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality control tests on dairy products to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to product testing, including test results, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control role within the food industry (dairy preferred).
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulations governing the dairy industry.
• Experience with laboratory procedures for testing dairy products using various methods such as microbiological analysis or sensory evaluation.
