Quality Control Officer

Responsibilities

1. Incoming Quality Control

• Monitor 3PL inspection, stock verification, and random quality checks
• Ensure product quality complies with Q-points and company standards
• Identify defects and initiate claim process

2. Claim Management (Incoming & Market Claim – PPM Control)

• Validate and manage incoming and market claims
• Coordinate with suppliers for root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Follow up claim settlement and ensure closure within timeline

3. Data Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze claim and defect data to identify key issues
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous quality improvement

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Support investigation and resolution of quality issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain related field
• Experience in QC, warehouse operations, or claim handling
• Able to read engineering drawings and inspect parts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (5 Why, PDCA)
• Proficient in Excel and good communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Proficiency in English both verbal and listening (TOEIC 650 is required)
