ACI Animal Genetics , a business of ACI PLC , is committed to advancing animal genetics and reproductive health through quality-focused operations, scientific excellence, and responsible breeding practices. We are looking for an Officer, QC to ensure effective quality control, semen quality assurance, QMS and ISO compliance, documentation control, and audit readiness across relevant operations.

What We Expect:

• Ensure effective Quality Control and semen quality assurance across all relevant operations.
• Manage and maintain QMS, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality documentation in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain the Machinery & Equipment Master List, including calibration and qualification records.
• Maintain the Approved Vendor List, SOP Master List, Internal Audit records, and CAPA documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality governance, organogram, deviation management, change control, OOS/rejection, and complaint management processes.
• Ensure audit readiness, traceability, training records, and continuous compliance monitoring across relevant operations.
• Identify and implement AI-based opportunities for documentation management, quality monitoring, reporting, and data analysis.
• Monitor Bull Station quality, hygiene, biosecurity, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure timely implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to address quality-related issues and ensure compliance.
• Perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

What We Require:

• Master’s degree in Animal Genetics & Breeding or Theriogenology.
• Strong understanding of quality control, quality assurance, QMS, SOP management, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, internal audit, CAPA, deviation, change control, OOS/rejection, and complaint management will be an advantage.
• Understanding of semen quality assessment, animal breeding, reproductive health, and Bull Station operations.
• Strong documentation, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coordinate with veterinary doctors, chemists, AI workers, regulatory authorities, NGOs, and customers.
• Proactive, disciplined, sincere, and committed to maintaining quality and compliance.
• Willingness to learn and adopt digital and AI-based tools for quality management and data analysis.
