Quicky Chillis 24 Hours Restaurant, a 24 hours restaurant at oju ore Sango ota Ogun State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Oju Ore, Sango Ota, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Check taste, temperature, portion size, and presentation of every dish before it leaves the kitchen
• Ensure drinks, shisha, and cocktails meet standard recipes and taste
• Stop any food or drink that is burnt, undercooked, cold, or poorly presented from going to guests
• Enforce personal hygiene for all kitchen and service staff (uniforms, hair nets, nails, hand washing)
• Inspect kitchen cleanliness, storage areas, fridges, and preparation surfaces daily
• Ensure FIFO, proper food storage, labeling, and expiry date checks are followed
• Inspect all market purchases and supplier deliveries for freshness, weight, and quality
• Reject low-quality, stale, or insufficient items
• Ensure all raw items are washed and stored properly before use.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
