Quality Control Officer

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Document and report any deviations or non-conformance issues.
• Work closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigating and resolving dispute on product quality.
• Handling external quality audit and visit.
• Handling external lab tests.
• Internal Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP System.
• Authorised to reject non-conformance products.
• Authorised to set and revise product quality standard.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of QC experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
