QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER(DAIRY)

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, or a relevant field. Master's degree will be preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in dairy or food manufacturing. Dairy and juice manufacturing experience will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and laboratory testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation
• Lead Auditor Certification in FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000
• HACCP Level 3 or Level 4 Certification
• Halal Lead Auditor / Halal Assessor Certification (PS 3733 / OIC SMIIC)
• GMP / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor will be a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor quality at raw milk reception, processing, and finished product stages.
• Perform physicochemical and microbiological testing of milk and dairy products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor CIP (Cleaning-in-Place), sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Maintain quality records, laboratory reports, and production documentation.
• Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct routine inspections and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable food safety regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with Halal standards as per PS 3733, OIC SMIIC 1 and Shariah requirements.
• Maintain and update all documentation for Halal certification and coordinate with Halal certification bodies (e.g. PSQCA, SANHA, JAKIM).*
• Monitor Halal status of raw materials, ingredients, processing aids and packaging materials.
• Conduct internal Halal audits, Halal risk assessment and ensure implementation of Halal Assurance System (HAS).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
