Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality inspections.
• Utilize GMP standards to monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like FDA regulations and HACCP protocols.
• Perform regular quality audits across production lines to identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results for reporting purposes.
• Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision tools for detailed dimensional analysis of components.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance initiatives by participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards including, FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues.
• Ability to perform detailed documentation of inspection results and support quality audits effectively.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management principles such as QA/QC systems and quality systems compliance.
