Quality Control (QC)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project costs and ensure work stays within budget.
• Assist in tendering, procurement, and evaluation of contractor bids.
• Review contracts, variations, and progress billings.
• Coordinate with project teams and prepare cost reports.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction cost estimation and project cost control, preferably in residential or building construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying/estimating software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, bill of quantities (BOQ), and budget monitoring.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
