Quality Control (QC) Inspector

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To check & ensure raw materials, in-process machining/assembly/spray, and finished products meet drawing specifications

2. Able to interpret 2D drawing and operate measuring equipment.

3. Able to operate the test machine in laboratory to evaluate functionality, durability, and dimensions.

4. To record inspection data, generate inspection reports, maintain lot traceability, and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defective items.

5. Able to identify root causes of defects, isolate non-conforming products to prevent outflow to next workstation & shipment.

6. To coordinate between every section in Production to resolve defect issue & keep daily operation smooth.

7. To report production activities and any abnormalities to QA Engineer / Manager.

8. To adhere to workplace safety and maintain good 5S.

Required Skill & Experience

1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing preferable in Metal/Welding/Machining/Spraying industry.

2. Experience in supervising/leader will be advantage.

Required Skill & Experience

1 Able to work shift, overtime and 6 days a week.

2 Able to work in hot and high noise environment.
