Quality Control (QC) Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting inspections and recording inspection results.
• Assist the QC team in maintaining and updating quality control procedures and documentation.
• Support daily inspection activities to ensure products meet the required quality standards.
• Help maintain inspection reports, quality records and related documentation.
• Assist in following up on customer complaints, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Support the preparation of monthly quality reports including rejection rates and inspection data.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve inspection processes and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments on inspection schedules and urgent quality matters.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the QC team and other departments.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
