What they need
- We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to ensure the reliability, compliance, and excellence of our IVD medical devices
- This position involves hands-on laboratory validation, team leadership, and continuous improvement in QC processes to uphold the highest standards of product quality
- requirements: Perform testing and validation using RT PCR, Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Automatic Extraction Systems, and Gel Electrophoresis
- Lead quality checks for Extraction Kits (Silica Column & Magnetic Beads) and RT PCR Kits (Infectious Diseases, Cancer Markers)
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and stability study documentation
- Oversee complaint handling, calibration, and validation processes
- Drive continuous improvement in QC methodologies
- Lead and mentor the QC team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- benefits: MSc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Immunology (PhD preferred)
- 7 10 years of QC experience in IVD medical device manufacturing
- Strong leadership, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory data management systems
