Quality Control (QC) Manager – Textile Industry

Techno Mechanical & Civil Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and qualified QC Manager with a strong background in the textile industry to oversee and manage quality control operations across the factory. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of textile quality standards, inspection procedures, quality assurance, and production quality management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, monitoring production processes, identifying quality issues, and ensuring that products meet the company's quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall quality control operations across the factory.
• Monitor product quality at different stages of production.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain quality inspection reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor rejection rates, defects, and rework to improve production quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant textile quality standards and customer specifications.
• Lead, supervise, and train the QC team.
• Prepare regular quality performance reports for senior management.
• Recommend process improvements to minimize defects and improve overall quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the textile industry, including experience in a supervisory or managerial QC role.
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
• Proven experience in managing quality control operations at factory level.
• Good knowledge of quality inspection, defect analysis, and corrective action procedures.
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain quality standards under production deadlines.

Salary Package

PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month

Salary will be offered according to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and professional expertise.
