Job Description:
- Checks and verify weights of ingredients at mixing
- Verify completeness of ingredients.
- Checks and records temperature of margarine/egg.
- Conducts GMP audit from mixing/premix area.
- Conducts GMP audit of personnel per area.
- Performs line clearance audit every start-up/end of production.
