This role is responsible for reviewing applications, issuing policies, maintaining client records, and ensuring accuracy throughout the insurance process. Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance applications.
• Issue new and updated insurance policies.
• Email policy documents, ID cards, and declaration pages to clients.
• Update and maintain client information in agency systems.
• Quote insurance carriers that require licensing.
• Verify policy information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with billing and payment tracking as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation.
