Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Staff who will be responsible for ensuring that aroma diffuser machines, fragrance oils, and related accessories meet the company’s quality standards before delivery or installation.

The role involves product inspection, functional testing, defect identification, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure that customers receive products in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing aroma diffuser machines, fragrance oils, and accessories to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Perform functional testing of diffuser machines, including:

  • Power and basic operation
  • Mist output
  • Timer settings
  • Bluetooth/Wi-Fi functionality, when applicable
  • Scent diffusion performance

• Check products for cosmetic defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, loose components, incorrect labeling, and damaged packaging.

• Verify that products, accessories, manuals, power adapters, and packaging are complete before release.

• Conduct final quality inspections before products are dispatched for delivery or installation.

• Identify, document, and report defective or non-conforming products to the Operations or Technical Team.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Technician, and Purchasing teams regarding quality concerns and product replacements.

• Ensure fragrance oils are properly sealed, labeled, and free from leaks or contamination.

• Maintain accurate quality inspection records, checklists, and non-conformance reports.

• Assist in investigating recurring product defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor product handling, storage, and packaging procedures to minimize damage.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Warehouse Inspection, or Product Inspection is preferred.
• Experience inspecting electronics, appliances, consumer products, or similar equipment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects accurately.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with electronic products and basic functionality testing is an advantage.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn company quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of handling light to moderate lifting when necessary.
• Willing to work onsite in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
