Quality Control Staff

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, laboratory work, or a related field. Fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles.

Technical knowledge: Understanding of inspection, sampling, testing, measurement, product specifications, and quality control procedures

Inspection and testing skills: Ability to perform or assist with incoming, in-process, and finished-product inspections and testing.

Documentation: Ability to accurately complete inspection reports, test results, nonconformancereports, and other quality records.

Analytical skills: Ability to identify defects, investigate quality issues, interpret testresults, and assist in corrective actions.

Equipment knowledge: Ability to properly use and maintain relevant measuring, testing, or laboratory equipment.

Computer skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software for recordingand analyzing quality data.

Personal qualities: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, discipline, integrity, teamwork, and willingness to follow procedures
