Quality Control Stager

Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Staging & Quality Inspector to join our team. This isn't just another inspection job. You'll be the final set of eyes before guests arrive, making sure every home looks exceptional and every detail is exactly as it should be.

Your work plays a direct role in creating five-star first impressions and maintaining the reputation we've built as Austin's original luxury vacation rental company.

What You'll Do

• Inspect every property prior to guest arrival, ensuring presentation meets WLVR's luxury standards
• Restock consumables (soaps, paper goods, sponges, amenities) and set the ambiance for each stay
• Work alongside cleaning crews during back-to-back stays to ensure smooth, on-time turnovers
• Identify and document cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and damage issues using mobile app checklists
• Verify all guest amenities, linens, supplies, and home setups are properly completed before check-in
• Communicate with the Operations team via Slack to flag issues, coordinate coverage, and keep everything moving
• Perform light maintenance and minor troubleshooting on-site, including TVs, smart locks, lighting, and other small issues

• Can lift up to 40 pounds and handle the physical demands of the role
• Appreciates beautiful homes and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional guest experience
