Quality Control Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily QC activities, lead the QC team, and ensure products meet company and customer quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QC activities for incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods inspection.
• Lead and guide QC Technicians to ensure inspections are carried out according to procedures and specifications.
• Review inspection results, defects, and non-conforming products, and ensure proper action is taken.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QC Engineer, and other departments on quality-related issues.
• Monitor supplier quality issues and follow up on incoming material problems.
• Oversee calibration and verification of measuring and inspection equipment.
• Support investigations of quality issues, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure QC records and documentation are properly maintained and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to QC Technicians.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Report quality issues and QC performance to management as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supervising or leading a QC team is preferred.
• Good knowledge of incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspection.
• Familiar with measuring instruments and calibration requirements.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to maintain QC records and prepare quality reports.
