Quality Control Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries or Food Technology
• Knowledge pf HACCP, BRC/BAP/IFS, and Food Safety standards
• Fish Sensory Training experience is preferred
• Strong details, analytical skills, and leadership skills
• English proficiency both oral and written
• Broad range of computer skills: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Familiar with Food Safety and Food Quality, problem solving including root causes, corrective action, and preventive action
• Ability to establish timelines and meet deadlines

Job Descriptions:

• Monitoring the production and quality system at Packer
• Monitoring CCP Record at Packer
• Conduct Raw Material Inspection, In Process Inspection, End Product Inspection, Loading Inspection, Finish Product Sampling, Final Grading Evaluation
• Assist QC Manager for Verification Production and Quality Data at packer from All Area; inspect and Monitor production and quality system at packer (e.g RM Inspection, IPI, EPI, Stuffing Inspection, Daily Report)
• Assist QC Manager to Supervise and coordinate with all QC Field staff at work in each packer about quality and production issue
• Supporting packers to improve production and quality systems based on the latest standards
• Monitoring corrective and preventive actions when a problem is found at packer
• Monitoring CS Usage at packer and Plan for Loading
