Quality Control Supervisor

1. Monitor aftersales product inventory, aftersales support, service and return processes, as well as customer service response, while ensuring compliance with applicable SOPs.
2. Conduct quality control of incoming products, validate rejected products, and investigate recurring product or service issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
3. Prepare regular reports on aftersales quality indicators, such as First-Time Fix Rate, Customer Satisfaction Score, and Turnaround Time, while identifying trends and providing recommendations for process improvement.
4. Collaborate with external aftersales partners, technicians, and Product/Engineering teams to resolve complex quality issues and provide feedback or training input based on findings and recurring issues.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Communication, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Aftersales, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Customer Experience, or related fields.
3. Strong understanding of aftersales processes, warranty claims, and quality management.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
5. Basic understanding of electronic products and technical analysis.
6. Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, or ERP/SAP is preferred.
7. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
