Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)

Perform inspections, checks, tests to evaluate raw materials, in-process and finished goods. Plan production based on Production Department requirements.

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC) inspection at all manufacturing facilities: F1, F2, F3 and F4.
2. Monitor and ensure cleanliness at production floor, machineries, equipment and utensils.
3. Monitor worker’s hygiene & document the results on-timely manner.
4. Accurately document the results of the inspections on-timely manner.
5. Collect and send the samples to QC laboratory on-timely manner.
6. Responsible in reporting immediately to QC Executive/HOD any deviation or abnormalities detected in-process and daily monitioring process in manufacturing facilities
7. Assist in checking and updating QC Executive on maintenance and calibration for QC measuring instruments and gauges to ensure optimum functionality.
8. Assist in checking and improving safety and quality control procedures within IPQC inspection.
9. Perform all other duties maybe assigned to support continual improvement of Food Safety and Quality Management System i.e: undertaking short-term or long-term.

Education Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Science or equivalent.
2. 1-2 year(s) of working experience in quality control and testing in any field is an added advantage.
3. Fresh graduates also can apply.

Skill Requirements

1. Sufficient knowledge of inspection and monitoring processes.
2. Must be hardworking, trustworthy, meticulous, responsible and with good team-working skills.
3. Can work with minimum supervision.
4. Must have good English written and verbal communication.
5. Good arithmetic skills are required.
6. Punctuality, reliable and willing to work in shift.
7. Required to work safely, within the organization standard policies and procedures ie: Good Manufacturing Practice.
8. Self-motivated to learn fast and ability to prioritize workloads and complete on-time.
