What they need
Program Management: Develop and administer Product Safety and Quality programs to comply with corporate policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food.
Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate daily activities for quality inspectors and testing teams checking incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Inspection Standards: Formulate inspection procedures, set minimum and maximum tolerances, and establish the correct measuring devices to use.
Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes and distribute product data points to engineering and production control stations.
Issue Resolution: Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
