Quality Control Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at PT Satyaraya Keramindoindah in Tangerang Regency, Banten. As the LaboratorySupervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of ourstate-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Job Description

• Supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in testing
• Manage and guide laboratory staff in conducting material and product analysis
• Monitor quality standards of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and ISO/quality standards
• Coordinate with Production and R&D teams to support process improvement and product development
• Prepare and review laboratory reports for management

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Minimum 1 years of experience in laboratory supervision or related roles(manufacturing/ceramics industry is preferred).
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of laboratory analysis methods, raw materials testing, andproduct quality control
• Familiar with laboratory safety standards and ISO quality management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
