REQUIREMENTSEligibility to legally work in the hiring country (transferable residency or local hire preferred); strong communication skills; comfortable with productivity tools (Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office); organized and reliable; English required (Arabic noted per role).

Kuwait: Monthly salary, 30 days annual leave, 15 days sick leave (standard private-sector offering).Responsibilities: Daily hygiene and food safety checks; temperature logs for chillers, freezers, cooking, and delivery vehicles; inspecting incoming deliveries; checking staff hygiene and correct equipment use; stock rotation using FIFO; accurate records; reporting non-conformances; supporting audits.Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on food safety experience. Basic knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene. Able to read, write, and communicate in English. Careful, honest, and consistent, with strong attention to detail. HACCP or basic food safety certificate 1 to 3 years in a food safety, quality, or kitchen role (catering or central kitchen experience).
