QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICAN

About the role

Corneed Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to join our team in our Semenyih, Selangor location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standard in manufacturing industry
2. Identifying and troubleshooting quality issues, and implementing corrective actions
3. Documenting inspection results and maintaining quality records
4. Collaborating with production teams to improve processes and reduce defects
5. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

1. Proven at least 2 years' experience as a Quality Control Technician or similar role in the manufacturing industry
2. Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Manufacturing
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production teams
6. Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques, including the Video Measuring Machine
   (VMM), Digital Caliper, Digital Micrometer, and Digital Height Gauge
