Quality Control Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Inspect mechanical workmanship on completed vehicles per applicable QC checklists
• Inspect body, paint, and finish on completed vehicles
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs as required
• Perform pre-delivery tasks (grease, adjust doors, adjust headlights, etc.)
• Return vehicles to shop for required rework
• Perform completed vehicle certification process, apply correct certification label
• Take digital photos of completed vehicles as required
• Assist with vehicle wash and detail as required
• Maintain inventory of decals, touch-up paint, supplies
• Assist with training of new QC employees

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all functional levels of organization required
• Basic computer skills required—Outlook e-mail, digital camera download, Windows Explorer file management, Spokane/ERP access
• Must possess and maintain hand tools as listed on separate document
