Quality Control Technician

• Perform First off / Last off product quality checks to product specifications
• Monitor operator performance regarding QC checks
• Out of box audits / sampling plans / final inspections
• Measure products and maintain SPC records
• Perform incoming inspections of raw materials
• Maintain traceability logs
• Provide training for new operators
• Manage Quality system records / documentation system
• Record non-conformances and manage non-conforming products
• Maintain quality management systems on Share-point
• Manage calibration schedule
• Assist with internal audits
• Perform various ad hoc product testing
• Assist with new product development and introduction / control plans, first article inspections.
• Manage product labelling systems
• Assist with product / engineering change control
• Assist with resolving issues / complaints with both customers and suppliers

Attributes:

• Knowledge of plastics and injection moulding industry
• Knowledge of Sharepoint, MRP and labelling systems
• Confident decision maker.
• Attention to detail and good organisation skills

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
