About The Role As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the products manufactured in our facility meet defined specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

This is a hands-on, on-site role within our production environment. You will perform inspections, testing, and documentation across raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods. Your work directly impacts product consistency, customer trust, and operational excellence.

We are building modern, automation-driven manufacturing systems -- but quality still depends on disciplined execution and attention to detail. This role is critical to maintaining high standards as we scale.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in St. Louis, Missouri.

What You'll Do

  • Perform incoming raw material inspections and verification.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks during batch manufacturing.
  • Inspect and test finished goods against defined specifications.
  • Document quality results accurately and maintain organized batch records.
  • Identify deviations, non-conformances, and assist in root cause investigations.
  • Support calibration and maintenance of lab and testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to resolve quality issues quickly.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory/work area.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or laboratory environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a production setting.
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and document findings clearly.
  • Basic understanding of quality systems and inspection processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability.
  • High accountability and ownership mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as systems evolve.
  • Experience with cosmetics, personal care, food, or chemical manufacturing is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Opportunity to work in a modern, automation-driven manufacturing facility.
  • Training in quality systems and production processes.
  • Stable, full-time employment in a growing company.
  • Clear path for growth within Quality and Operations.
