Quality Control Technician

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming quality inspections of raw materials, purchased components, and finished parts.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections during production to ensure products meet specifications.
• Inspect components against engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Use appropriate precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product quality.
• Conduct relevant tests using in-house QC lab equipment, such as electroplating coating thickness, Tensile strength tests, hardness tests, salt spray chambers, and other testing instruments, as required.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or components.
• Coordinate with production and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality control or quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable using precision measuring instruments and industrial quality testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and a systematic approach to inspection, testing, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing QC lab with material testing and product inspection equipment.
• Familiarity with quality testing methods and the ability to select appropriate instruments based on product specifications and testing requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
