Quality Control Technician

Harmony Systems and Service is a plastic injection molding facility, located in Piqua, Ohio. We are hiring a Quality Control Tech. Harmony Systems is a strong and growing company looking for talent! We are looking for someone who wants to “raise the bar” and develop their experience into higher levels of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on molded parts
• Complete first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Identify defects and communicate issues to supervisors and production
• Ensure proper use of gauges, calipers, and measurement tools
• Support containment and corrective actions when quality issues arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous quality or manufacturing experience preferred (plastic injection a plus)
• Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking)
