You team up with production to run a root cause analysis, document nonconformities, and put corrective actions in place—then help train colleagues so the fix sticks.

What Will You Tackle?

• Routine product inspections and testing to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Clear documentation of findings and timely escalation of nonconformities.
• Hands-on support to create and implement quality control procedures.
• Collaboration with production to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Participation in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Careful maintenance of inspection records, test data, and performance metrics.
• Assistance with training on standards, tools, and quality best practices.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional quality-related education is a plus.
• Experience in QA/QC preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with analytical thinking.
• Comfort working solo and within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and quality tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
