Quality Control Technician I, QC Lab Support

Ongoing temp | 100% onsite (lab) | Swing shift, Wed to Sat, 3:00pm to 2:00am (4x10)

Role: Handle sample management, shipping, and lab support for QC, working with QA, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, Material Management, and Corporate QC.

Key duties

• Receive samples, verify documents, and log them in LIMS
• Aliquot and process samples for release/stability testing and retains
• Label, store, and organize samples per procedure
• Coordinate sample transfers to internal and external labs
• Clean, maintain, and restock storage areas
• Complete all QC shipping activities
• Review records (chain of custody, logs, logbooks)
• Support deviations and investigations
• Give updates in daily and weekly meetings
• Join Lean Lab and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory rules

Must have (any one)

• Bachelor’s degree, or
• AA degree + 2+ years in QC or a biopharma lab, or
• High school diploma + 3+ years in QC or a biopharma lab (FDA-regulated preferred)

Preferred

• GMP knowledge in a QC lab
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Visio
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced small company
• Flexible schedule, overtime as needed
