Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh engineering graduates to join our client's lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility as Quality Control Trainees. The selected candidates will work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure product quality, follow manufacturing standards, and maintain quality documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh BE graduates to gain hands-on experience in quality control, production processes, and battery manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products as per quality standards.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process.
• Assist in identifying and reporting product defects, process deviations, and quality issues.
• Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and production records.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related problems.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in monitoring process parameters and maintaining quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping in the production area.
• Support the quality team in continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of quality control, manufacturing processes, and engineering fundamentals.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
