Quality Control Unit Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management systems and quality control processes, including at least 3 years of team management experience,
• Proven experience in supplier quality management and customer quality processes,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred,
• Experience in internal and external audit processes,
• Fluent in written and spoken English,
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting and organizational skills,
• Strong communication, coordination and team management skills,
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul or willing to do so.

Job Description

• Establish, develop and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards,
• Define quality control checkpoints throughout production processes and ensure that related procedures and work instructions are prepared, implemented and kept up to date,
• Plan, monitor and evaluate corrective and preventive actions to improve process effectiveness,
• Analyze product and process non-conformities, conduct root cause analyses, coordinate improvement activities and prepare relevant reports,
• Analyze customer, dealer and field quality feedback to support continuous improvement of quality performance,
• Evaluate quality feedback received from international customers and dealers, coordinate with relevant departments and manage improvement activities,
• Manage supplier quality activities, evaluate supplier performance and lead supplier development initiatives,
• Ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of calibration, measurement systems and quality management system activities.
