Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual inspection of handphones after repair/service to check for scratches, cracks, or cosmetic defects
- Verify the completeness and quality of external components (e.g., screen, casing, buttons)
- Ensure internal components and materials (battery, SIM tray, etc.) are properly installed and functional
- Perform functional testing (e.g., display, touchscreen, camera, speaker, charging port, network) to confirm the phone is fully operational
- Document and report any issues found to the repair or technical team for further action
About you
- Able to communicate in English (Oral and Written)
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience as quality control
- Strong quality awareness, proactive finding problem
- Basic Microsoft Office software
