Quality Control/Assurance Engineer Job Description

· Take charge of the implementation of quality systems such as ISO 9001:2015 etc.

· Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials

· Record observations and non-conformances including analysis & closing of NCR.

· Investigate customer complaints or quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

· Responsible for the qualification and compliance audit for certification.

· Ensure proper capture, organization, and distribution of company procedures and support documents.

· Design, lead and deliver coordinated quality assurance work plans at manufacturing sites, which meet or exceed customer requirements.

· Lead problem-solving process into the escalation process enhancing customer satisfaction. Manage quality control, compliance, inspection, and incident systems in cooperation with quality manager.

· Organize and facilitate regularly scheduled training or work sessions with staff as needed to educate and implement quality methods and ensure compliance.

· Support project teams in quality activities by educating, coaching, and mentoring others on process improvement philosophy, tools, and applications.

· An active member of cross-functional teams that support and lead the implementation of footprint strategy.

· Overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement.

· Provide input and recommendations for improvements to existing products or processes.

· Coordinate and participates in elements of investigations regarding customer complaints. Perform all responsibilities with the achievement of Customer-Focused Quality as the primary priority and goal.

· Assist in implementation of the application of quality.

· Help facilitate continuous improvement and learning across all functional areas through training and communication of quality initiatives.

· Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
