Quality Controller / Assistant Quality Controller (Garment)

Oui Group (Far East) Limited is a garment trading company that specializes in fashionable ladies' clothing, particularly knitwear, woven and T-shirts. We have a highly skilled and experienced team that handles price negotiations, provides suppliers with specifications based on our customers’ designs and controls the inspection of outbound goods for finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise inspector to ensure products quality meets production and delivery requirements
• Ensure that the finished products conform to the samples and are completed as per production order requirements
• Maintains the entire quality assurance system to meet all product standards and fulfill customer requirements
• Provide technical solutions and suggestions for quality issues as needs
• Establish good relationships and communication with all relevant parties
• Perform and report on tasks assigned by supervisor
• Travel as required

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of solid experience in garment quality control or manufacturing industry
• Knitwear experience is advantage
• German or European market experience is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quality Controller

Required Competencies:

• Good technical skills in garment products, especially knitwear, woven and T-shirts are preferred
• Familiar with sample evaluation, manufacturing process, pattern-making, grading, sewing and fabric construction
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer knowledge
• Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
