QUALITY CONTROLLER - CANLUBANG LAGUNA

1. Assist in inspection, evaluation and making reports on the inspection and quality testing of pre-approval or incoming deliveries of raw and packaging materials, finished products, and sampling of green coffee bean deliveries.

2. Monitors the quality and gross weight/ pack of work-in-process coffee products as well as finished products.

3. Assists on the preparation and sensory evaluation of coffee product samples, when necessary.

4. Assist in testing new/ pre-approval raw materials and packaging materials prior to purchase and delivery.

5. Keeps retention samples of green coffee deliveries and coffee products manufactured, records them, and disposes them after the use-till date.

6. Observes/ monitors/ on the spot checking of implementation of GMP and SSOP and reports any non-compliance.

7. Assist in monitoring stock inventory of QA office and laboratory supplies and makes a requisition if needed.

8. Assist in preparing Certificates of Analysis prior to delivery for specific clients.

9. Assist in investigation of nonconforming products and customer complaints; ensures that they are properly documented, timely processed and monitors the implementation of corrective actions until closure is reached.

10. Performs other work-related activities as may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or any equivalent course
• With at least one (1) year working experience in a food manufacturing plant in areas of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, work during holiday and willing to render overtime (if needed)
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have very good skills in documentation and Microsoft Office computer program.
• Can lift heavy if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
