Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Checking Executive to monitor and maintain the quality and safety of food products throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate will conduct inspections and testing, maintain quality records, identify deviations, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Conduct quality checks at different stages of the production process.
• Monitor parameters such as appearance, taste, texture, weight, temperature, pH, moisture, and other applicable specifications.
• Ensure production processes follow approved SOPs, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Collect samples and coordinate laboratory testing where required.
• Identify non-conforming products and report quality deviations to the concerned department.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality-related activities.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the production and storage areas.
• Verify proper labeling, packaging, batch coding, and expiry dates.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and product quality issues.
• Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when quality deviations occur.
• Ensure proper handling, segregation, and disposition of rejected materials/products.
• Assist with internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Follow company food safety procedures, HACCP requirements, GMP, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Salary: ₹8000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
