Quality Controller

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine on-line and finished food products inspection on the production line to implement ISO / HACCP policy.
• Responsible for quality control of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Assist in implementing and maintain the documentation system and quality management system.
• Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or relevant disciplines.
• 1-3 years relevant experience, preferably in food manufacturing industry.
• Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quality Controller.
