- : Conduct routine inspections to ensure the warehouse environment, equipment, and staff practices adhere to Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- : Monitor inventory systems to ensure strict adherence to FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) or FIFO (First-In-First-Out) to minimize waste and prevent the dispatch of expired or near-expiry stock.
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating pest control programs to maintain a contamination-free environment.
Order Fulfilment and Outbound Quality
- : Perform spot checks or full audits on packed orders to verify picking accuracy (right product, right quantity) and packaging quality (securely packed to prevent damage in transit).

- : Ensure that only compliant, quality-assured product is released for shipment.
System and Compliance
- : Ensure all warehouse and quality activities comply with relevant local and international regulations (e.g., food safety standards like HACCP or ISO).
- : Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all quality checks, test results, non-conformities, and corrective actions for full product traceability during audits or recalls.
- : Prepare for and actively participate in internal and external quality and regulatory audits.
- : Help train warehouse staff on quality standards, proper handling, and hygiene procedures to foster a quality-centric culture.
