Quality Assurance (QA)

Location: Sandycroft, Deeside.

Salary: [Salary] £14.25 per hour
Shift: 4 on 4 off 12 Hour Days (Start Time TBC)

We are looking for 2 x Quality Assurance (QA's) to join our team and help ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, hygiene and compliance. (1 x QA Per Shift)

Working closely with the Technical/Quality and Operations teams, you will play an important role in monitoring production, completing quality checks, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities to improve standards across the site.

This is a hands-on role that also involves training and supporting employees to ensure they understand and consistently follow the required quality, food safety, hygiene and GMP standards. You will deliver training and provide guidance to production staff, helping to build a strong culture of quality and compliance across the site.

The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, organised and confident in challenging non-compliant practices, while maintaining positive and effective relationships with production teams.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a QA, Quality, Technical or Food Manufacturing environment.
• Has a good understanding of GMP, food safety and quality standards.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accurate documentation.
• Is confident working on the production floor and communicating with operational teams.
• Can identify problems quickly and take appropriate action.
• Is comfortable challenging practices that do not meet required standards.
• Has good communication and organisational skills.
• Can work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Is committed to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
