Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process and final product inspections.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify non-conforming products and issue NCR when required.
• Maintain inspection records and QC documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and relevant departments on quality matters.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor and improve product quality and production processes.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Quality or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of QC / QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
