Quality Controller

We're looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join our growing team and help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the high standards our customers expect. What will you be doing? No two days are quite the same, but you'll spend your time:

• Carrying out inspections on wiring assemblies and completed products.
• Working closely with production and technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Supporting and mentoring other Quality Inspectors.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and documentation to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Helping drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Monitoring quality trends and assisting with investigations where required.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who has experience in a quality-focused manufacturing or engineering environment and genuinely cares about doing things right. You'll likely:

✅ Have experience in quality control, quality assurance or inspection work.

✅ Be confident reading technical drawings and specifications.

✅ Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards.

✅ Have a good working knowledge with Microsoft products and ERP systems

✅ Be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.

✅ Be confident raising concerns and suggesting improvements.
