· Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant documentation for auditing bodies.
· Communicate sampling and testing results clearly and promptly to key stakeholders.
· Achieve and maintained required industry qualifications throughout the year
· Maintain and promote all food safety requirements
· Strictly uphold Health & Safety rules and standards across all operations.
· Collaborate positively with a multicultural team to meet target requirements
What we are looking for:
· Confidence and a willingness to learn on the job
· Ability to analyse data and make quick decisions
· Flexibility to work rosters including night shift and extended hours at times throughout the year – especially during our peak harvest period (Mid-March – June)
· Excellent communication skills & time management skills
· Exceptional organisational skills as we operate in a busy seasonal environment
· An ability to work alongside people from various cultures and effectively communicate in a positive and encouraging manner
· The ability to be flexible and adapt to busy, changing, and challenging environments
