Quality Controller

• Incoming Material Inspection: Check raw components, LED chips, heat sinks, power drivers, and housings against design specs.
• In-Process Quality Checks: Monitor assembly lines for soldering, wiring safety, thermal management, and sealing integrity.
• Finished Goods Testing: Conduct burn-in tests, lumen output checks, color temperature (CCT) consistency, and driver performance tests (including DALI or dimming compatibility).
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection logs, track defect rates, and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when parts fail standards.
• Root Cause Analysis: Work with production and R&D teams to fix recurring assembly or component defects.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure products adhere to national/international electrical and safety norms.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Exp: 3 to 5 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in the lighting, electronics, or electrical manufacturing industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of LED optics, thermal design, electrical testing equipment (multimeters, lux meters, integrating spheres), and dimming systems.
• Reading Technical Docs: Ability to read electrical schematics, assembly blueprints, and product specifications.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for spotting cosmetic, structural, or electronic flaws.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
