Job Description

Apollo Sindoori Hotels Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Food Safety & Quality Controller to maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across our food operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP and other applicable food safety standards.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety across all outlets.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and food safety checks.
• Maintain food safety records, documentation, and reports.
• Train staff on food safety, personal hygiene, and safe food-handling practices.
• Monitor critical control points and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Identify risks and support continuous improvement in food safety systems.

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
