Quality Controller – Ice Cream Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities
- Inspect the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Monitor product quality, taste, texture, packaging, and labelling.
- Ensure proper temperature control, cold storage, and sanitation.
- Maintain quality control records and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in the food, dairy, or ice cream manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
- Good observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
