Quality Controller (Food factory)

Responsibilities :

• Participate in various quality inspections and audits and other ad hoc projects as assigned by department manager.

• Monitor material quality, in-process quality assurance inspection and pest control

• Perform quality inspection on products at various stages from receiving to dispatch according to the specified sampling plan and specification

• Control and manage the food labeling law and nutritional requirements

• Assist in implementation and documentation of the food safety / environmental system, e.g. HACCP / ISO 22000 / ISO 14000

• Communicate with internal parties to identify quality issues

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Food Science or related discipline ;

• Minimum1 year's relevant working experience in food industry.

• Knowledge of safety standards (ISO/HACCP/GMP) and QC requirements is advantageous

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
