QUALITY CONTROLLER – MANUFACTURING / HSE
We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team in the UAE.
Experience: 3–5 years
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Quality Control, ISO systems, Environmental Management and Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process, including incoming materials, in-process production and final inspection.
Ensure products comply with drawings, specifications, procedures and customer requirements.
Implement and maintain quality procedures in accordance with ISO 9001.
Support implementation and compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Conduct internal inspections, audits and process compliance checks.
Identify non-conformities, prepare NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct root-cause analysis and support continuous improvement activities.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, calibration records and other QMS documentation.
Monitor environmental aspects, waste management and applicable environmental requirements.
Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Support risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety awareness and emergency preparedness.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores and Management to resolve quality and HSE issues.
Assist during customer, certification-body and regulatory audits.
Prepare quality and HSE reports and maintain proper records.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, HSE or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001.
Good working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Practical experience with NCR, CAPA, root-cause analysis and internal audits.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods and quality documentation.
Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
ISO 14001 Internal Auditor
ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
NEBOSH / IOSH certification
UAE/GCC manufacturing experience
Experience in engineering, fabrication, machining, hydraulic or oilfield equipment manufacturing
What we are looking for:
A hands-on Quality professional who can work directly with the manufacturing team and take responsibility for quality, environmental compliance and workplace safety, rather than a candidate whose experience is limited to documentation.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
